Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby
acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City
Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 2, Commodore Corner, Waihi, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, forms part of State Highway 2 and shall vest in the
Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road
adjoining or passing through the land described in the
Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant
to sections 117(3) and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in
New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 1958, No. 58, page
1279 and, pursuant to sections 117(6), 117(9) and 120(3),
amalgamated with the licence in Computer Interest Register
SA50D/250, subject to mortgage 6613038.2, section 11 of the
Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation
Act 1987;

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance
which, pursuant to section 119(4), becomes stopped
government road and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and
120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in New Zealand
Gazette, 25 September 1958, No. 58, page 1279 and, pursuant
to sections 117(6), 117(9) and 120(3), amalgamated with the
licence in Computer Interest Register SA50D/250, subject to
mortgage 6613038.2, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act
1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
