This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the districts listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

(a) The urban areas listed in the Schedule are constituted as fire districts.

(b) The boundaries of the fire districts as listed are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Wanganui 2007, No. 4.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to those pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment—1 Fisher Road, Onetangi, Waiheke Island

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Auckland City Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA30B/1378 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
