Amending a Notice for Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Breaker Bay Road, Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of November
2006, declaring road to be stopped and amalgamated at
Breaker Bay Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
23 November 2006, No. 147, page 4267, in the Schedule by
deleting the area of

“1.9640 ha”

and replacing it with

“1964 m²”; and

in the recital deleting the word

“Scenic”

from

“Rangitatau Historic Scenic Reserve”.

Land Set Apart for Scenic Reserve—Public Foreshore, Abel Tasman Coastline

Pursuant to section 52(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to
be set apart for scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of
section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and
to remain vested in the Crown and subject to the right to
take or kill indigenous fauna for commercial fishing
purposes from the land described in the Schedule being
retained as a condition of establishment of the reserve.
