NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 69

Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
hereby revokes the notice headed Land Set Apart for Scenic Reserve—Public Foreshore, Abel Tasman Coastline, dated
the 19th day of January 2007 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 25 January 2007, No. 7, page 167,
and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Land Set Apart for Scenic Reserve—Public Foreshore,

Abel Tasman Coastline

Pursuant to section 52(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the First and Second
Schedules to this notice to be set apart for scenic reserve,
subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves
Act 1977, on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette and to remain vested in the Crown and
subject to the right to take or kill indigenous fauna for
commercial fishing purposes from the land described in the
First Schedule to this notice being retained as a condition of
establishment of the reserve.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Timaru–

Pareora Highway, Normanby, Timaru District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road
and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and

Vesting in the Clutha District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation changes the purpose of that part of the
reserve described in the Schedule from a Government
purpose (office accommodation, field base and information
centre) reserve to a local purpose (site for community
buildings) reserve and further vests the reserve in the
Clutha District Council in trust for that purpose.
