Land Declared Limited Access Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway 1, Picton to Kaikoura Passing Lane, Marlborough District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register MB4C/1428, subject to mortgage 7192453.2, certificate 91016, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
