Notification of Receipt of Standard Term Proposals From Telecom for the Unbundled Copper Local Loop Network and Unbundled Copper Local Loop Network Co-location Services Under the Telecommunications Act 2001

Pursuant to section 30I(b) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has received proposals from Telecom New Zealand Limited for the unbundled copper local loop network and unbundled copper local loop network co-location services.

Parties to the determination have until 28 June 2007 to submit on the proposals.

Submissions may be made about any matter to which the proposals relate but must set out the wording of any additional or alternative terms that are proposed to be included in the standard terms determination.

Notification of Call for Standard Terms Proposal From Telecom for the Unbundled Bitstream Access Backhaul Service Under the Telecommunications Act 2001

Pursuant to section 30F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has given written notice to Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited (including any of its subsidiaries) (“Telecom”) requiring it to submit a standard terms proposal in respect of the designated access service described as “Telecom’s unbundled bitstream access backhaul” (“the service”).

According to the notice, Telecom must submit to the Commission a standard terms proposal in respect of the service by 5.00pm on Friday, 28 September 2007.

Pursuant to section 30F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has given written notice to Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited (including any of its subsidiaries) (“Telecom”) requiring it to submit a standard terms proposal in respect of the designated access service described as “Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network backhaul (telephone exchange to interconnect point)” (“the service”).

Denatured Ethanol Group Standard (Amendment) (No. 2) Notice 2007

Pursuant to section 96B of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—(1) This notice is the Denatured Ethanol Group Standard (Amendment) (No. 2) Notice 2007 and is part of the principal notice.

(2) In this notice, “principal notice” means the Denatured Ethanol Group Standard 2006 (at page 2073 of the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 30 June 2006, No. 74, page 1889).

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
