I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Notice of Application to Vary Terms of a Charitable Trust

Pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that The Hohepa Homes Trust Board has made application to the High Court at Wellington for the approval of a new deed of trust in substitution for the existing deed of trust approved by the Court on 20 May 1992.

The date proposed for the hearing of the application is Tuesday, 24 July 2007 at 10.00am at the High Court, Wellington.

Any person desiring to oppose the application is required to give notice of their intention to do so to:

(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington;
(b) the applicant; and
(c) the Attorney-General

not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date for hearing.
