Road Stopped—State Highway 60, Bronte Road East, Mapua

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 120(3), the stopped road be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL8A/390.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown as stopped Government road, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Revoking a Notice—Classification of Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer of the Hutt City Council cancels the notice with the above heading dated the 8th day of April 2005, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 April 2005, No. 67, page 1638.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council notifies that on 2 December 2003, it resolved, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the land in the First Schedule hereto and held by council be declared to be local purpose reserve for the purposes stated in the said Schedule, the land in the Second Schedule hereto and held by council be declared to be recreation reserve, and the land in the Third Schedule hereto and held by council be declared to be scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act as stated in the said Schedule.
