Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2007
Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary
Levy) Notice 2007.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2007 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 May 2006,
No. 42, page 1134.
2. Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the board,
specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

| Disciplinary levy to 30 June 2008 | 90.00 |
| Applications for copies of certificates or entries, or for supplying documents for overseas registration purposes | 45.00 |
Exemptions
Applicants who apply for registration during the year to 30 June 2008 will be exempt in that year from fees for the issue of a
practising certificate but will be required to meet the costs of the disciplinary levy at the time of registration.
Applicants who apply for re-processing of a registration application during the year to 30 June 2008 will be exempt in that
year from fees for the issue of a practising certificate but will be required to meet the costs of the disciplinary levy at the time
of registration.
