(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule of this notice to be declared road
which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State
highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired
for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and
shall vest in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road
adjoining or passing through the land described in the
Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to
section 52, to be set apart for use in connection with a road
(segregation strip) and to remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Avalon Drive Bypass, Hamilton City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described

Road to be Stopped—French Street, Martinborough, South Wairarapa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to
sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the
Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and, pursuant to
section 120(3):

(a) the land firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
WN402/211, subject to mortgage B657683.2;

(b) the land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register WN402/213,
subject to mortgage 6258180.3;

(c) the land fourthly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN57A/560,
subject to mortgage B784939.2;

(d) the land fifthly described shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register 145142, subject to
mortgage 6854228.1
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
