Dissolution of Charitable Trust Board
Section 26(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied the trust board is no longer carrying on its operations and, accordingly, is dissolved from the date of this declaration made by an Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies:

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Board
Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of this trust board ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
Te Ata-Ra Rapumahi Trust 344511 (8 May 1998).
With this publication such trust is revived from the date of this dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board
Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme Varying the Terms of a Trust
Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Notice is hereby given that the Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board has filed in the office of the High Court at Wellington an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of the said trust.
Under this scheme, the assets of the said trust shall be distributed to the Tokelauan Christian Church in Porirua Trust Board and EFKAS Charitable Trust Board.
Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington, or at the office of the solicitor for the Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board, being the Whitireia Community Law Office, 3rd Floor, Pember House, Hagley Street, Porirua (Attention: Bill Bevan).
The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday, 24 July 2007 at 10.00am, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of their intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington;
(b) the applicant; and
(c) the Attorney-General
not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date for hearing.

Advertisement of Application for Order to Vary a Charitable Trust
Take notice that the Presbyterian Church Trustees have applied to the High Court at Wellington for an order for variation of a trust deed dated the 10th day of December 1952, between them and Alice Mary MacFarlane.
The proposed scheme of variation provides that in respect of the property at 9 Sharon Road, North Shore, Auckland (described as Lot 294 DP 17345 (Computer Freehold Register NA792/154)), the trustees will use the:
(a) property;
(b) proceeds of any sale of the property;
(c) proceeds of any lease of the property;
for residential purposes in connection with the work of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand such as:
(a) a manse or manses; or
(b) an orphanage or orphanages; or
(c) a rest home or homes of a suitable nature.
The date for the hearing of the application is 19 June 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person wishing to oppose the application must give written notice of their intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington;
(b) the applicant; and
(c) the Attorney-General
not less than seven clear days before the date of the hearing.
