TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)
AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 2) 2007

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce,
the Manager, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following
Notice.

NOTICE

  1. Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2007.

  2. Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 July 2007.

  3. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key of
    Tariff item 2933.59.10, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
