   notice has the effect of excluding from Franklin District any
   area included in that district before this notice came into

   notice are included in the adjacent ward of Franklin District.

5. Communities—The areas included in Franklin District
   by this notice and which are adjacent to the Onewhero-
   Tuakau Community or the Waiuku-Awhitu Community are
   included in the community to which they are adjacent.

6. Boundaries of adjacent territorial authority districts—
   Unless the circumstances otherwise require, wherever the
   boundaries of Franklin District meet the boundary of
   another territorial authority district at the mean high water
   mark, the boundary of the Franklin District extends from
   that point along a line running at 90 degrees from the line of
   the mean high water mark to the point where the boundary
   meets the line of the mean low water springs.
