Rongotea School (2438) Board of Trustees Staff Representative Election Invalidation Notice

Pursuant to clauses 9(3) and 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare invalid the election for the staff representative for the Rongotea School Board of Trustees held on 29 March 2007, require a new election to be held on 22 June 2007 and declare that the trustee who held office on 29 March 2007 remain in office until the close of the day before the day when the new trustee takes office.

This notice takes effect on the day of notification.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 July 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Robin McFadden, in respect of Nga Tamariki o Te Waiariki Educare – Whare Kea (45005), situated at Mokoia Drive, Rotorua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
