On 4 May 2007, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Entiley Creative Limited be liquidated and that Colin F. Currie, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that it is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
