Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to
Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the
recreation reserve, described in the Schedule, and declares
that the land may be disposed of by the Hamilton City
Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to
be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of reserves under the
control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other
land for reserves.

Annual Levy Prescribed Under Commodity Levies (Milksolids) Order 2003
Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990
and section 12 of the Commodity Levies (Milksolids) Order
2003, and following a resolution of the board of Dairy
InSight Incorporated made pursuant to its rules, I hereby
notify that the annual milksolids levy remains unchanged
from the previous year at 3.4c/kg milksolids plus GST.
This notice of the levy applies for the 2007/2008 dairy year
from 1 June 2007 to 31 May 2008.
This notice will take effect on 1 June 2007.
