Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for better utilisation and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 29 January 2007, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 February 2007, No. 16, page 355, by adding the following words to the end of the first paragraph

“and is to remain vested in the Hutt City Council.”

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA72A/750.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA18B/666.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA34A/877.

(e) Pursuant to sections 119(1) and 120(3), declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is acquired for severance and to the vesting of that land into Computer Freehold Register SA72A/750.
