Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999
(Notice No. 1598)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999,
notice is given of the issue on 19 April 2007 of the Animal
Products (National Microbiological Database Specifications)
Notice 2007, which comes into force on 27 April 2007.

Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the
office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South
Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.

Wild Animal Control Act 1977

Notification of the Revocation of the Specified Area
for Recreational Hunting of Sambar Deer in
Manawatu and Wanganui Areas

Pursuant to section 8(4) of the Wild Animal Control Act
1977, I, Damian Coutts, Conservator, Te Tai Hauauru –
Whanganui Conservancy, pursuant to delegated authority,
hereby revoke the notice concerning the recreational hunting
of Sambar deer which was published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 29 September 1988, No. 164, page 3852.

This notice applies from 14 May 2007.

Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972

Appointments/reappointments to the Testing
Laboratory Registration Council

Pursuant to section 4(1)(a) of the Testing Laboratory
Registration Act 1972, and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the
Crown Entities Act 2004, I am pleased to appoint and
reappoint to the Testing Laboratory Registration Council for
three year-terms commencing on 1 May 2007 and expiring
on 30 April 2010

Robin Pratt, of Christchurch
appointed as a member and chair; and

Richard Sidney Janes, of Wellington
reappointed as a member and appointed as deputy chair; and

Jo Anne Brosnahan, of Auckland
appointed as a member.

Roscommon School (1470) Board of Trustees Staff
Representative Election Invalidation Notice

Pursuant to clauses 9(3) and 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to
the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare invalid the
election for the staff representative for the Roscommon
School Board of Trustees held on 29 March 2007,
and require a new election to be held on 8 June 2007, and
declare that the trustee who held office on 29 March 2007
remains in office until the close of the day before the day
when the new trustee takes office.

This notice takes effect on the day of notification.
