NOTES

  1. This form must be prepared in duplicate. The original copy will be retained by the Customs, and the duplicate copy must be kept and presented to the Customs when the vessel prepares to finally clear New Zealand.

  2. The duplicate copy can also be used to demonstrate to the Inland Revenue Department that certain goods qualify for zero rating for the purposes of the Goods and Services Tax Act. More information on this issue can be obtained from the nearest office of the Inland Revenue Department.
