Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2005, which was
granted under those Regulations to Clare Corcoran in
respect of Jellie Park Health and Fitness Centre Crèche
(70562), situated at 295 Ilam Road, Ilam, Christchurch.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any
provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 February 2006, which
was granted under those Regulations to Sarah Gordon in
respect of Woodend Playcentre (70150), situated at School
Road, Woodend, Christchurch.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any
provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
