Pursuant to sections 406(c)(ii) and 410(1)(e) of the Act,
I give notice that the material previously incorporated
by reference into Compliance Document G9, as set out
in Column 1 below, will be replaced by the material in
Column 2:

The changes to material incorporated by reference set out
in Column 2 will take effect in the amended Compliance
Document G9 on 23 June 2007.

Notice of Amendment to Compliance Document

G10 Piped Services, and Where Material Incorporated by Reference is Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to section 24(1) of the Building Act 2004
(“the Act”), I give notice of an amendment to the
compliance document for New Zealand Building Code
clause G10 Piped Services (“Compliance Document G10”).
The amendment to Compliance Document G10 comes into
force on 23 June 2007.

Compliance Document G10 is available for download free
of charge from the Department of Building and Housing
(“DBH”) website at:
