Barry Phillip Jordan and David Stuart Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Gore Street Trustee Limited (in liquidation) on 12 April 2007 at 11.55am, by the High Court at Auckland.

The liquidators have fixed 10 May 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
