Primary Maternity Services Notice 2007

Pursuant to section 88 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, the Crown issues the following notice.

1 Title

(1) This notice is the Primary Maternity Services Notice 2007.

(2) In this notice the Maternity Services Notice is called the “principal notice”.

2 Commencement

(1) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2007.

(2) This notice revokes and replaces in its entirety the Maternity Services notice that came into effect on 1 July 2002 (published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 24 April 2002, No. 40, page 1101) and the amendment to the notice that came into force on 16 December 2005 (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 November 2005, No. 183, page 4597).
