Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named companies commenced on 30 March 2007 at 3.00pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by passing of a resolution by entry in each company’s minute book.

The director previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors.
