Hillmorton High School Board of Trustees Parent Representative Election Invalidation Notice

Pursuant to clauses 9(3) and 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare invalid the election for the parent representatives for the Hillmorton High School Board of Trustees held on 29 March 2007, and require a new election to be held on 25 May 2007 and declare that the trustees who held office on 29 March 2007 remain in office until the close of the day before the day when the new trustees takes office.

This notice takes effect on the day of notification.

Gate Pa School (1992), Tauranga, Extension of Board of Trustees Parent Representative Election Timeline Notice

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date for issuing voting papers and the date for closing the poll for the election of six parent representatives for the Gate Pa School Board of Trustees.

All actions subsequent to the closing of the poll shall proceed in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000.

Voting papers must now be posted or personally delivered to every person whose name appears on the electoral roll by 16 April 2007 and voting for the election shall now close on 2 May 2007 (the "election day").

This notice takes effect on the day of notification.
