Land Acquired for Road—Devine Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waikato
District Council on the date of publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Cedar Park Road, Hamilton Bypass, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be declared road
which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest
in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in
the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use
in connection with a road (segregation strip), subject to
covenant B270597, and to remain vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as
severance, subject to covenant B270597
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
