Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 1 March 2007.

Application: 7150991.

Applicants: Campbell Ogilvy Smith, Judith Mary Fenwick Smith, Simon Nigel Dalgliesh, Philippa Bettine Dalgliesh and Peter Neil McLaren.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 879 square metres, being part of the land shown as Lots 1–3 LT 339329. The land is part of the former bed of the Whangaehu Stream.

Circumstances: The applicants are the owners of the adjoining land which surrounds the dried up stream bed, being part Lot 9 DP 3272 (Computer Freehold Register WN23B/679) and part Section 1 Block VIII Huangarua Survey District (Computer Freehold Register WN23B/678).
