Road Realignment—Brodies Road, Broomfield, Hurunui District

Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Hurunui District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117:

(i) Declares the portions of road described in the
Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold
Register CB375/95, subject to memorandum of
mortgage A444186.4, a right to convey water
A448057.2, a right of way and a right to convey
power and telephonic communications (transfer
5859639.1) and a right to convey water (easement
instrument 6461798.2);

(ii) Declares the portions of road described in the
Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and
amalgamated with land in the Computer Freehold
Register CB19B/885, subject to memorandum of
mortgage 6759594.2, a right of way and a right to
convey power and telephonic communications
(transfer 5859639.1) and appurtenant to a right to
convey water (easement instrument 6461798.2).

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken as
severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register CB375/95, subject to memorandum of
mortgage A444186.4, a right to convey water A448057.2, a
right of way and a right to convey power and telephonic
communications (transfer 5859639.1) and a right to convey
water (easement instrument 6461798.2).

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Control and Management and the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Boy
Scouts Association of New Zealand to control and manage
the reserve (for the purpose of a Scout hall) and revokes the
reservation (as a reserve for the purpose of a Scout hall)
over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that
the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the
Land Act 1948.
