Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further declares that the conservation area be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act.

Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Wanganui 2007, No. 2.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to those pieces of land described in the Second Schedule, hereby revoked.
  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Declaring Land Held for Water Power Development to be Crown Land—Timaru Creek Road, Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 42(3)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
