Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Social Development and Employment has been pleased to reappoint

as chair of the Social Workers Registration Board for a term of two years commencing on 28 March 2007; and

Professor Janet Duke, of Wellington

as a member of the Social Workers Registration Board for a term of two years commencing on 28 March 2007; and

Yvonne Crichton-Hill, of Christchurch

as members of the Social Workers Registration Board for terms of 18 months commencing on 28 March 2007; and appoint

Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991

International Passenger Security Charge—Specification of Exemption in Respect of Certain Persons

Under Regulation 20(2)(g) of the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991, I specify that the amount of the increase effected by the Civil Aviation Charges Amendment Regulations 2007, that is $4.25, in the international passenger security charge prescribed in Regulation 20(1) shall not be payable in respect of any international civil air passenger who purchased a ticket in the period commencing on 1 December 2006 and ending on 30 March 2007 for departure from New Zealand on or after 31 March 2007.

This notice comes into force on 31 March 2007.
