Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Societies
Section 28(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated societies ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

- Rosetown Pistol Club Inc. (23 November 2006).
- The Embroiderers’ Great Escape Inc. (12 May 2005).
- Waikato Cadet Service Unit Inc. (17 June 2004).
- Waitemata City Sports Club Inc (12 May 2005).
- Waitemata Motorcycle Club Inc (12 May 2005).
- Wellington New Chinese Friendship Association Inc. (17 June 2004).
- Westport Municipal Band Society Inc (7 December 2000).
With this publication such societies are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Dissolution of Incorporated Societies
Section 28(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that these societies are no longer carrying on their operations and hereby declares them to be dissolved from the date of the declaration made by an Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies:

Building Act 2004
Notice of Amendment to Material Incorporated by Reference in Compliance Document B1 Structure, and Where Material is Available for Inspection and Purchase
New materials incorporated by reference
Pursuant to sections 405 and 410(1)(e) of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice that the following materials will be incorporated by reference into the Compliance Document for New Zealand Building Code clause B1 (“Compliance Document B1”), effective 1 April 2007:
- AS/NZS 1748:1997
- NZS 3622:2004, including Amendment 1
Amendment to material incorporated by reference
Pursuant to sections 406(c)(ii) and 410(1)(e) of the Act, I give notice that the material previously incorporated by reference into Compliance Document B1, as set out in Column 1 below, will be replaced by the material in Column 2:

Purchase of materials incorporated by reference
The materials incorporated by reference described in Column 2 above may be purchased directly from Standards New Zealand, Radio New Zealand House, Level 10, 155 The Terrace, Wellington, or online at
Copies of materials incorporated by reference are also available for purchase through all of the Department of Building and Housing’s (DBH’s) offices.
Viewing materials incorporated by reference
Materials incorporated by reference are available for inspection free of charge at the DBH national office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The materials incorporated by reference set out above, which relate to the design and use of timber and concrete in buildings, as referred to in section 410(1)(c) of the Act, are available for inspection free of charge at all DBH offices during working hours.
