Consulting Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office
is situated at 25 Princess Street, Palmerston North, from the
New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents

Take notice that on Friday, 9 February 2007, an application
for putting Southern Air Support Limited into liquidation
by the High Court was filed in the High Court at
Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Christchurch on Monday, 16 April 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes
to appear on the hearing of the application must file an
appearance not later than the second working day before
