Notice is hereby given that, by duly signed entries in the minute books of the companies on the date and times below:

16 March 2007

• D.V.C. Technologies Limited (in liquidation) at 4.00pm;
• DVC International Limited (in liquidation) at 4.02pm;
• Disposable Video Camcorders Limited (in liquidation) at 4.04pm,

the following special resolutions were passed by each of the companies, namely:

(a) That the purpose for which the company was incorporated is no longer valid, and that the company is wound up forthwith.
