Declaring Land to be Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Black and Bertrand Roads, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 226379, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN118/85, subject to mortgage 249585.2.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for road and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
