Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
Take notice that on 2 March 2007, North South Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6889611.1 (South Auckland Registry) of the properties situated at 148 and 150 Motu Grande, Pauanui Beach, being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Registers SA52C/76 and 63750 (South Auckland Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged properties.
The registered office of North South Finance Limited is at Plaza Level, Plaza Towers, 308 Parnell Road (PO Box 37216), Parnell, Auckland.
Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should be directed to the solicitors for North South Finance Limited, Brookfields Lawyers, Level 11, Brookfields House, 19 Victoria Street (PO Box 240), Auckland (Attention: B. Meech).

Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997
Notice of Intention to Make a Recommendation Under Section 82(2) of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997
Pursuant to section 75 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 ("the Act"), I give notice of my intention to make a recommendation to the Governor-General, under section 82(2), to make Regulations extending the exemption period referred to in section 82(1) of the Act for a period of 12 months from 1 May 2006 in relation to the laws, and the provisions of the laws, specified or described in Schedule 3 of the Act.
The making of such a recommendation is subject to my being satisfied, as required by section 82(2) of the Act, that no fewer than two-thirds of the participating jurisdictions have endorsed the terms of the proposed Regulations.
