NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 30

15 MARCH 2007

New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of Mathias Newton Carnell ("the transferor"), together with the rights and powers as set out in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, and shall vest in the Crown for use in connection with a road ("the transferee") on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement to be Acquired

A right to drain stormwater easement in gross over that part of Section 1 SO 70785 (part Computer Freehold Register 53581); marked "A" "B" and "C" on SO 70785 (called "the easement land").

Dated at Auckland this 7th day of March 2007.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice and the airspace above the reduced Mean Sea Levels of 14.60, 15.55 and 16.07 identified on SO 344015, and described in the Second Schedule are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
