Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair, chartered

pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 28 April 2007, as the day before which
the creditors of the company are required to prove their
debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to

(“the Act”), on 7 March 2007 at 12.00 midday.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to

of the Act.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act,
must be made in writing to the Registrar within 20 working
days of the date of this notice.
