Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council as administering body has by resolution authorised the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua District Council resolved on 20 February 2007 that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice be and is declared to be reserve for local purposes (esplanade) within the meaning of the said Act.
