notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road

Council, and the land described in the Third Schedule of

Reserves Act 1977

Naming of Reserves—Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Queenstown Lakes
District Council hereby gives notice that a resolution to the
following effect was passed by council on 2 March 2007.

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Section 38 Block VII Shotover Survey
District, and Lot 43 DP 12741 (2.93 hectares, more or
less) shall henceforth be known as Jack Reid Park”.

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lot 96 DP 346120 (0.1320 hectares, more
or less) shall henceforth be known as Kelliher Green”.

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lot 104 DP 346120 (0.1051 hectares, more
or less) shall henceforth be known as McFarlane Terrace Segregation Reserve”.
