Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

On 12 January 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mobicom (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Craig Richard Yarndley, chartered accountant of Te Awamutu, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 12 January 2007.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice.
