Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve described in the Schedule to enable its disposal under section 25(3)(b) of the Act.

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (public utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
