Acquisition of Land for Road—Corner of Pitoitoi Avenue and Kyle Road, North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—One Tree Point Road, Marsden Point

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
