of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and
severally as receivers of Fruehauf Pacific Limited on
23 January 2007, under the terms of security agreements
dated the 16th day of January 2004 and the 20th day of
December 2005.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s
undertakings, property and assets.
