Declaration That Land is a Local Purpose (Fire Station) Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on 24 August 2006, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (fire station) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and notice 5714663.9, pursuant to section 91 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
