Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Vlosirtun Limited (in liquidation) on 15 February 2007, appointed Grant Stephen Jarrold and James Bruce Alfred McAlister jointly and severally as liquidators of Vlosirtun Limited.

The liquidation of Vlosirtun Limited commenced on 15 February 2007 at 5.00pm.

The directors of the company have resolved that the company was solvent prior to the appointment of the liquidators and, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The undersigned does hereby fix 19 March 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
