Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, John Douglas Stanton, Team Leader Continuing Airworthiness,
acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of
aircraft or aeronautical products:

These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 20 December 2007.

An emergency airworthiness directive was issued with an effective date as follows:

Determination for Telecom’s Unbundled Bitstream Access Service Under the Telecommunications Act 2001

terms determination for Telecom’s unbundled bitstream access service.

Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005

Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2007

This notice of the Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2007, is issued by the Electricity Commission (“Commission”) pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 (“Regulations”).

The Regulations came into force on 21 April 2005.

The Regulations impose levies on generators, purchasers and distributors for the costs of the Commission performing its functions, duties and powers under the Electricity Act 1992 from 1 July 2004.

The Regulations provide that each generator, purchaser or distributor is liable to pay a levy to the Commission.
The Commission collects the levy on behalf of the Crown.

Regulation 7 specifies the Commission must calculate the annual levy rates using estimated Commission costs, estimated quantities of electricity generated, purchased or conveyed, and an estimated number of consumer connections.

Regulations 11, 12 and 13 set out how the levy is to be reconciled after the end of a financial year on the basis of the Commission’s actual costs, actual quantities of electricity generated, purchased or conveyed, and the actual number of consumer connections.

Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2007

The Commission has calculated the reconciled annual levy rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2007 in accordance with Regulation 11.
