Food Act 1981

Amendment to Food Standards (Notice No. 1579)

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is
given that the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of
Agricultural Compounds) Food Standards 2007, was issued
by the Minister for Food Safety on 27 January 2007 and
comes into force 28 days following publication of this notice
in the New Zealand Gazette.

Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the
office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South
Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
It can also be viewed on the New Zealand Food Safety
Authority website

Education Act 1989

Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Wairarapa (1651) and
Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa
Maori o Wairarapa and appoint

Hineihaea Murphy

as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Wairarapa are vested in
the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Private Schools Conditional Integration

Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary
integration agreement has been signed between the Minister
of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:

Our Lady of Victories, Sockburn, Christchurch.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 31 January 2007.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is
available for inspection without charge by any member of
the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education,
123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
