B. Disciplinary Levy²
Base disciplinary levy for each licence/limited certificate for each trade in 12 month period³
$50.00

Key to Annotations

¹The licence fee is increased from $85.00 to $155.00 for each licence issued for plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying and for each limited certificate held in each trade by non-apprentice persons, as from 1 April 2008.

²The base disciplinary levy is increased from $25.00 to $50.00 for each licence and each limited certificate held in each trade by non-apprentice persons.

³Relevant licence and limited certificate fee(s) including disciplinary levy, for those who are not undertaking an apprenticeship, are to be collected concurrently.

Veterinary Council Prescribed Form of Application for a Practising Certificate Amendment Notice 2007 (No. 1)

Pursuant to section 79(j)(iv) of the Veterinarians Act 2005, the Veterinary Council of New Zealand (“council”) sets out in this notice the prescribed form of the application for a practising certificate in New Zealand for the practising year commencing on 1 April 2008.

This notice replaces the Veterinary Council of New Zealand notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 June 2006, No. 57, page 1440.

1. This notice prescribes the form of the application for a practising certificate in New Zealand for the practising year commencing on 1 April 2008 under section 24(2)(a) of the Veterinarians Act 2005.

2. Pursuant to section 88(3) of the Veterinarians Act 2005, the council refers persons to the application for a practising certificate for the practising year commencing on 1 April 2008 available:
   – on the council’s website at www.vetcouncil.org.nz
   – for inspection at the council offices at Level 8, 138 The Terrace, Wellington
