Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 4 December 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the
Companies Act 1993, that Nolray International Limited be
liquidated and that James Stewart Murray, chartered
accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the
purpose.

claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to
