Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule
as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve and vests the reserve
in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that
purpose.
